- tidy up player layer
 - no need for smaller web tiles, make the large ones render as pixelated
 - make tile server and websocket server URL not-hardcoded
 - tidy up dynamic tile refreshing

8c37a0cef9 trigger tile png reload in browser by sending 'saved tile' events over websocket 
- create new EventServerPacket for websocket packet data
- move common models to events-schema
