window: Add missing shortcuts

Add shortcuts
- F9 Image properties
- F10 Main menu
- Ctrl +/- for zoom
- Ctrl 0 for best fit
- Ctrl [Shift] R for rotate
- Escape to leave fullscrenen
Updated help overlay accordingly.
