c2df5586c1 tiling: Don't completely empty buffer in animation 
Previously, this would lead to flickering if the decoder was too slow.
Now, the last frame will be shown until a new one is available.

1b70686105 Use glycin devel env auto detection 
We don't need to disable the sandbox for development environments
manually anymore. Glycin should take care of that now.

2d8747728f propertiesView: Disable markup for folder field 
If a folder's name contains an ampersand (&) pango tries interpreting it
as markup and folder field stays empty/fails to update
Simply disabling markup fixes this

4ca5f9e03d About dialog: Link to GitLab Issues instead of New Issue URL 
When not logged in, the New Issue URL only redirects to an unhelpful
login page while the Issues page allows you to search for existing
issues and still offers a "New Issue" button.

46a17367bd print: Do everything in request-page-setup 
Otherwise we are too late to layout the page and the orientation will
not be honored by the actual printing.
We also have to use the per-page PageSetup because they are already
specualized at this point.

30bc48514c print: Apply fill-space when changing orientation 
Fixes space not being filled when option is enabled when changing to
horizontal page orientation.

Also make disablign UI signals during computational UI changes counter
based, not true false, because they can be nested.

4f6e988d06 fileModel: Fallback to FAST_CONTENT_TYPE 
GVfs smb does not provide a FILE_ATTRIBUTE_STANDARD_CONTENT_TYPE if the
content type is ambiguous. This happens for png/apng. Since we only need
to know if something is probably an image, we can use the fast content
type instead.

a89279d556
window: Don't animate mouse fwd/back button 
The forward and back buttons often found on the side of mice are binary
inputs in the same way keyboard keys are. After the change in !373 where
key presses where made instantaneous the mouse buttons have been
inconsistent. This change rectifies that.

14e5d03a1e image/rendering: Use new GdkMonitor geometry units 
The bug that the geometry isn't returned in app pixels on wayland
without scale-monitor-framebuffer was fixed in GDK. Therefore also
require newer GTK version.

5f023a2b40 metadata/gps: City detection from 100 to 15 km 
The original idea was that it's helpful to at least know the very rough
location of an image. In practice that mostly seems to be confusing. So
reducing this to a much smaller distance.
