1b70686105 Use glycin devel env auto detection 
We don't need to disable the sandbox for development environments
manually anymore. Glycin should take care of that now.

57d8bba071 window: Use shortcuts instead of accels 
Application level accels will also work if AdwDialogs are open.
Therefore, use shortcuts wherever possible.

e129e842a6 imagePage: Make error output look better 
Make the errors on the status page translatable. Hide detailed errors
behind an extra error dialog that can be opened.

b99575d8d0 feat: Port about window to adw::Dialog (Adw.Dialog) 
Other Changes:

Change window height to 294 to fit the HIG:
https://developer.gnome.org/hig/guidelines/adaptive.html#small-size-handling

Change adw features version in `Cargo.toml` from `v1_4` to `v1_5` to use
the new dialog widget(s)

439286be40 general: Use std's OnceCell where possible 
Rust's standard library now provides a drop-in replacement
for `OnceCell`. It requires no API changes from `once_cell`'s
version.

This commit replaces the version from `once_cell` with the
new `std` struct where possible. We still need to use
`once_cell` for properties until
https://github.com/gtk-rs/gtk-rs-core/pull/1113
is merged. We also still need it for Lazy until that lands.

1b2dde79b6 decoder: Use glycin for image loading expect SVG 
This gives us sandboxed image decoding and others the
option to extend Loupe with other image formats.

e710419a22 decoder: Add basic color profile support 
This only covers 8bit RGB(A) JPEG, PNG, and HEIF.
Should only be a temporary solution until GTK supports
color profiles.
