Using actions no longer works since they are not global anymore. Also
add "Open with" to the list.

window: Use shortcuts instead of accels
Application level accels will also work if AdwDialogs are open.
Therefore, use shortcuts wherever possible.

window: Add permanently delete shortcut
Permanently delete images with Shift + Delete like in Files. Adding this
since EOG supported it as well.

help-overlay: Fix for 'delete' action appearing too long
The 'delete' action contains several shortcuts, which makes it appear too long on the help-overlay.
This patch resolves the issue by displaying only one shortcut for it.
