bb9b834a22 window: Rework properties adaptivity 
Ports the sidebar to AdwOverlaySplitView, and uses AdwMultiLayoutView
to use a box at narrow sizes. A bottom sheet also
overlays the content when the window is both narrow and short.

57d8bba071 window: Use shortcuts instead of accels 
Application level accels will also work if AdwDialogs are open.
Therefore, use shortcuts wherever possible.

Make the errors on the status page translatable. Hide detailed errors
behind an extra error dialog that can be opened.

0dc71357f1 window: Add permanently delete shortcut 
Permanently delete images with Shift + Delete like in Files. Adding this
since EOG supported it as well.

1f2be8353a help-overlay: Fix for 'delete' action appearing too long 
The 'delete' action contains several shortcuts, which makes it appear too long on the help-overlay.

This patch resolves the issue by displaying only one shortcut for it.
