2412fb90ee slidingView: Set current page before starting animation 
If animations are disabled, the animation ends when calling play
returns. Therefore, everything has to be set before calling play when
animations can be disabled.

Closes #368

ea3563493e image/rotation: Fix issuing edit for 0deg rotation 
Rotating by 0 degrees went through the complete rotation pipeline including a image reload. Now, 0 deg rotations are ignored.

f16bd898d6 image/zoom: No different callbacks for animation 
We actually don't need different callbacks for zooms with different
targets anymore since the target is an object property anyways.

c1e6ccedab image/zoom: Use viewport center for buttons 
Before, the image center was used, which would cause a jump if the
viewport was changed before.

Fixes #392

f75e64f73b window: Disable more actions if error is shown 
Many operations don't make sense while an image is loading or can't be
shown like zoom or print. In these cases the actions should now be
disabled.

053aa5da7e window: Add reload button and F5 shortcut 
Reloading makes sense for out of memory situations or filesystems that
don't support inotify.

c3547f82fc svg: Handle errors for additional tiles gracefully 
Some SVGs run into issues when zooming in due to memory limitations.
These errors are now ignored and the existing tiles are used.

aab0c711b6 gtk: No longer default to gl renderer 
It looks like the Vulkan renderer has fixed is performance issues
