imagePage: Show spinner with small delay
That way, when quickly scrolling through images (holding down arrow
keys) no restarting spinner animations are shown in between.

Depends on

AdwSpinner automatically handles pausing the animation
when unmapped.

Application level accels will also work if AdwDialogs are open.
Therefore, use shortcuts wherever possible.
