9063f4d2ba help-overlay: Update keyboard shortcuts 
Using actions no longer works since they are not global anymore. Also
add "Open with" to the list.

f2bc4a66b5 imagePage: Show spinner with small delay 
That way, when quickly scrolling through images (holding down arrow
keys) no restarting spinner animations are shown in between.

bb9b834a22 window: Rework properties adaptivity 
Ports the sidebar to AdwOverlaySplitView, and uses AdwMultiLayoutView
to use a box at narrow sizes. A bottom sheet also
overlays the content when the window is both narrow and short.

Application level accels will also work if AdwDialogs are open.
Therefore, use shortcuts wherever possible.

0dc71357f1 window: Add permanently delete shortcut 
Permanently delete images with Shift + Delete like in Files. Adding this
since EOG supported it as well.

1f2be8353a help-overlay: Fix for 'delete' action appearing too long 
The 'delete' action contains several shortcuts, which makes it appear too long on the help-overlay.

This patch resolves the issue by displaying only one shortcut for it.
