List the form factors the app was designed for in the desktop
file. This is so desktop environments like Phosh and Plasma Mobile
can show or hide the app in the correct contexts.
Code generation messes with the actual source directory and makes it
impossible to use tools like clippy without having generated the config
via meson.
First, this format is more easy to maintain.
Second, future image decoder dependencies will be
opt-out via build options. This way we can also not
add the mime types in that case.
