With the version available in icon-library 0.0.22.
As per https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/8011 GtkIconPaintable
does not support transforms and results in the + sign in the icon to be
drawn off-canvas. The later version does not use transforms.

is needed by Bazaar for the app to be displayed as adaptive.
