3ed3b26450 appdata: Improve appdata for AppStream 1.0 
- Add the `<developer><name>` tag
- Mark the `<developer_name>` as deprecated
- Use appstreamcli to validate appdata
- Remove one of Purism tag to pass appstreamcli validation

abdd54def7 decoder: Pass on transformations_applied info 
This prevents HEIF images from getting transformations applied
again that already has been applied by the decoder.

19bf8473e6 appdata: update some URLs 
- Add vcs-browser URL.
- Use the new simplified URL for homepage.

These URLs are visible on GNOME Software and Flathub.
