window: Disable more actions if error is shown
Many operations don't make sense while an image is loading or can't be
shown like zoom or print. In these cases the actions should now be
disabled.

window: Add reload button and F5 shortcut
Reloading makes sense for out of memory situations or filesystems that
don't support inotify.

svg: Handle errors for additional tiles gracefully
Some SVGs run into issues when zooming in due to memory limitations.
These errors are now ignored and the existing tiles are used.

gtk: No longer default to gl renderer
It looks like the Vulkan renderer has fixed is performance issues
