hyprland: use Lua window rule for Battle.net tray window
Replace deprecated windowrulev2 hyprlang syntax with the Hyprland 0.55+ Lua hl.window_rule() API via extraConfig. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
